Lead the engineering vision and execution for a cutting-edge Voice AI Agents platform that powers conversational experiences across voice, chat, and multi-channel interactions. You will manage a team of 4-8 engineers while staying hands-on with system design, code, and architecture, building production-grade systems that transform customer experiences. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead architecture and development of voice AI agent platform spanning voice, chat, and multi-channel experiences.
- Contribute to system design, code reviews, and implementation, focusing on LLM orchestration and real-time streaming pipelines.
- Manage, mentor, and guide a team of software engineers, supporting their career growth and professional development.
- Own technical direction for agent reliability, including session lifecycle management, real-time orchestration, and automated degradation strategies.
- Collaborate with product and design teams to plan future initiatives and translate customer needs into agent capabilities.
- Drive agile delivery in fast-paced, chaotic environments.
6+ years of engineering management experience, ideally at both larger and smaller companies.
8-15 years of experience in software engineering, building and operating complex, production-grade systems.
3+ years leading software engineering teams.
Still technical with hands-on code reviews and deep dives when needed.
Proven experience in a rapidly evolving, high-growth startup.
Ability to work in a hybrid model.

Background in property management or similar industries.
