Key Responsibilities:
- Own substantial product features end-to-end, from customer discovery and requirements gathering through production deployment and iteration.
- Build agentic workflows that coordinate AI tools and data services to automate AML, sanctions, and KYC reviews while keeping humans in the loop.
- Develop intuitive interfaces for case management, reporting, analytics, and workflow configuration for compliance teams.
- Work directly with enterprise compliance customers to understand their needs and translate complex problems into elegant technical solutions.
- Ship reliable, production-grade full-stack code across backend services, APIs, databases, and frontend.
- Build net new product surfaces, scale existing products, and support enterprise implementations.
3-8 years of experience in product software engineering, with Python or TypeScript Node.js.
Building zero-to-one products used by real customers.
Experience at a talent-dense high-growth startup.
Proficiency in Python or TypeScript Node.js for backend development.
Experience building APIs and working with databases.
Familiarity with workflow orchestration frameworks.
Strong product thinking and customer interaction skills.
Strong educational pedigree.
