Key Responsibilities:
- Own and drive the architectural direction for new products
- Translate business and product strategy into long-term technical roadmaps and execution plans
- Drive development of products from 0-1
- Ensure production outcomes including reliability, performance, and operational excellence
- Mentor senior engineers and act as a force multiplier
- Operate effectively in ambiguous problem spaces defining both problems and solutions
7+ years of experience as a full-stack engineer owning 0-to-1 product builds end-to-end
Startup experience with zero-to-one product launch expertise
Full-stack experience required
Strong technical fundamentals across the stack, particularly TypeScript and React
Track record of leading through influence and shaping technical direction as an individual contributor
Clear clarity of thought, strong communication skills, and pragmatic about trade-offs
Preferred:
Background in developer tooling
Experience at a dev tools or infrastructure startup building products for engineers
Designed, built, deployed exceptional products from 0-to-1 in high-growth environments
Experience setting and leading technical direction of high-value products delivering exceptional customer experience
