Experience shipping products or features from ideation to real users with significant traction
Generalist able to work across the full stack with backend focus
Proficiency in agentic development, designing and building orchestration pipelines across multiple agents, tools, and services
Active user of modern AI tooling
Entrepreneurial spirit with experience shipping products
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field
Preferred:
Previous founder or early-stage startup experience
Background from accelerator programs or top venture-backed startups
Degree from a top-tier university
Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, Kotlin, or Go
