Own and evolve core product workflows at the center of a marketplace connecting enterprise customers with industrial labor needs. Work across both customer and worker sides to design and ship practical solutions that improve matching quality, fulfillment, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own product strategy across core marketplace workflows
- Solve complex marketplace problems by balancing customer needs, operational realities, and business outcomes
- Write detailed product requirements and partner closely with engineering to execute them
- Build systems that improve marketplace liquidity, fulfillment, matching quality, and operational efficiency
- Use data to uncover patterns and answer critical marketplace and customer questions
- Design internal tooling and technical solutions that scale operations
- Launch and iterate products across customers, regions, and operational environments
5 to 10 years of experience as a PM owning complex products at fast-growing startups
Demonstrated track record owning features and products at high-pedigree, fast-growing startups with tangible business results
Experience across multiple domains including matching or recommendation systems, marketplaces, multi-sided platforms, recruiting, or non-technical users in antiquated industries
Experience building agentic AI products at fast-growing startups
Very data driven with strong technical abilities including comfort writing SQL queries
Proficient with AI technologies and experience in building agentic AI products
High intensity, startup-oriented, and willing to work long hours in person
