- Scope and ship new products enabling researchers to work with high-quality audio data
- Build scalable data processing pipelines that extract insights from terabytes of audio data daily
- Architect systems to expand capacity for collecting, curating, and delivering data
- Partner with the CTO to drive technical direction and execute the product roadmap
6+ years of product-focused engineering experience with strong web development fundamentals
Experience leading technical teams through rapid growth at high-growth startups or scale-ups
Track record of shipping products from zero-to-one and scaling them in fast-paced environments
Comfort solving ambiguous, unsolved problems with tangible customer impact
Hands-on experience with backend technologies, ideally TypeScript and Python
Low ego team player with strong communication skills and comfort with ambiguity
