5+ years of experience in backend engineering or applied AI engineering
Hands-on experience building AI agents
Experience building Small Language Models (SLMs)
Proven track record owning AI architecture and technical direction
Strong proficiency in TypeScript and Node.js
Strong proficiency in Python
Experience managing AI model fine-tuning and infrastructure setup
