Senior FP&A Manager role supporting a rapidly scaling AI healthcare company. The position owns financial modeling end-to-end and serves as a strategic partner to the Head of Finance and executive leadership team on capital allocation and planning decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the full forecast including monthly, quarterly, and annual planning across revenue, OpEx, headcount, and cash
- Serve as senior finance partner to GTM, R&D, and G&A leaders, pressure-testing plans and holding teams accountable
- Lead implementation and evolution of the planning platform and model architecture
- Produce board decks, monthly operating reviews, and investor reporting with actionable insights
- Drive P&L ownership including gross margin improvement, deal desk pricing strategy, and scenario modeling
7+ years in FP&A, investment banking, or consulting with 3+ years in operating finance at a high-growth tech company
1+ years of people management experience leading financial analysts
Strong grasp of SaaS metrics including CAC/LTV, net retention, unit economics, and rule of 40, plus GAAP and non-GAAP reporting
Proven ability to build complex, driver-based financial models from scratch and defend assumptions to investors and board
Exceptional communicator who can translate numbers into narratives that drive executive decisions
