Seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer with 3-5+ years of experience to own greenfield projects across the entire stack at an AI healthcare startup. This role involves building products that automate healthcare recruiting workflows from sourcing to onboarding, with direct collaboration alongside the founding team and rapid production feedback cycles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and deliver greenfield projects across the full stack including backend, infrastructure, and frontend
- Evolve and scale backend architecture to support growth from thousands to millions of interactions
- Build and ship end-to-end features in a TypeScript-first environment on serverless AWS infrastructure
- Collaborate directly with engineering leadership and founding team with high autonomy and short feedback loops
- Establish engineering standards and technical culture as an early team member
3+ years of full-stack software engineering experience with strong Python foundation
2+ years at an early-stage, VC-backed startup
Experience at a big tech company or tier-one startup
Proficient in TypeScript end-to-end across frontend, backend, and infrastructure
Experience building and scaling distributed systems in production
Built or deployed AI applications including LLMs or ML pipelines in production
