Key Responsibilities:
- Build and harden core platform capabilities including voice, browser automation, and multi-agent orchestration
- Own features end-to-end from customer requirements to shipping production-ready code
- Spend 5 to 20% of time working directly with customers to understand workflows and gather requirements
- Reverse-engineer customer systems and build integrations with tools like Salesforce, Outlook, TMS, and ERP platforms
- Ship frontend experiences in React that make complex AI agent workflows intuitive for enterprise operations teams
- Collaborate with a small founding team to set technical direction and architectural decisions
3+ years of experience, or 2+ years at VC-backed startups
Owned and shipped end-to-end projects at companies with strong engineering cultures
Systems engineering capability with experience building complex projects and full initiatives lasting 4 to 6 months
2 years minimum startup experience; 3 to 4 years preferred, 5 to 6+ years acceptable from larger companies like Facebook or Discord
Full individual contributor role
TypeScript, React, and Node.js experience
Track record of building consumer or prosumer products with measurable impact
Preferred:
Experience with AI agents, LLM integrations, or automation platforms
Experience at a name-brand startup
Combination of larger company and startup experience
Strong communication skills with ability to scope at a high level and discuss clearly
