A fast-scaling digital mental health startup is seeking an experienced, product-oriented Full-Stack Software Engineer to drive key product development efforts and shape the future of the platform. We need someone with 6+ years of professional software development experience who has a proven track record of building products end-to-end, including both backend infrastructure and frontend experiences. You should be comfortable building from 0 to 1, thriving in environments where you can create solutions from scratch, and have a deep empathy for non-technical users, with a history of designing solutions that enhance their workflows and deliver value. Bonus points if you have experience with React, React Native, Node.js, Next.js, Python, Postgres, AWS/GCP, and REST APIs.
What you'll do:
Frontend Development: Design and build intuitive, delightful user interfaces for patients and therapists, ensuring seamless experiences across web and mobile platforms.
Backend Development: Implement and maintain backend infrastructure to power core user-facing features, ensuring performance and scalability.
User Research: Engage directly with users to gather feedback, understand their needs, and iterate on features to meet those needs effectively.
Product Ideation: Partner with Product, Design, Clinical, and other teams to conceptualize and deliver innovative solutions that address the top priorities of patients and therapists.
