We are looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer with 2+ years of experience to lead end-to-end enterprise customer implementations for our AI-powered platform. We are a fast-scaling AI startup building enterprise AI agent solutions, and we need someone who can blend strong engineering skills with excellent client communication to support our next stage of growth.
What will you be doing?
Gathering requirements from enterprise clients and leading recurring calls to walk them through the implementation process.
Building and configuring AI agent implementations, ranging from straightforward to highly complex technical work.
Communicating directly with customers via email and calls to ensure the AI handles scenarios correctly, making technical fixes in real-time.
Getting clients live and ensuring successful ROI during the first month post-launch.
Owning the full customer relationship: you report directly to your clients, not to internal management.
- Experience as a forward deployed engineer, solutions engineer, or software engineer
- 2-10 years of experience in full-stack engineering with direct customer interaction
- Strong verbal communication skills and ability to handle both technical and client-facing tasks
- Native US speaking skills and strong verbal communication
- US work authorization (US citizen or valid work visa)
- Degree from a US college or university required; CS degree preferred
- Experience building products in a production environment
- System design and architecture ability: can translate customer problems into scalable technical solutions
- Experience with Node.js, TypeScript, React.js, AWS, SQL, or LLMs preferred
- Experience or interest in voice AI a plus
- FDE experience at Palantir, or similar forward-deployed roles at high-growth startups, a plus
- Experience in early-stage startups a plus but not required
