We are hiring a Physical Therapist for a direct-hire, on-site role with a nonprofit senior care organization. The primary opening is at a skilled nursing and transitional care unit (SNF/TCU) in Owatonna, MN, with a secondary opening at a sister facility in St. Peter, MN. Candidates can be considered for either or both locations depending on commute.
You will evaluate and treat primarily older adults, build individualized plans of care with functional goals, plan discharges for short-term rehab and long-term residents, and work closely with an established rehab team of PTAs, OTs, a COTA, and an SLP. Flexible schedules are available (Monday through Friday, or four 10-hour days Tuesday through Friday), with a reasonable 70% productivity goal. New graduates are welcome to apply.
- Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current Minnesota PT license, or eligibility to obtain one (out-of-state transfers typically take 3 to 4 weeks)
