We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer with 8+ years of experience to join a small, high-caliber engineering team at an early-stage startup building a marketplace for GPU compute. You will be a peer to senior developers, expected to hit the ground running and operate as an architect: planning features, writing specs, directing AI coding agents, and validating high-quality output. This is a startup where engineers think like founders: self-directed, entrepreneurial, and comfortable wearing multiple hats across a fast-moving product. The ideal candidate is back-end heavy but capable across the full stack, with experience in e-commerce or marketplace systems involving inventory, orders, and customer workflows.
What you will be doing:
Architect and build scalable backend services and frontend features for a compute marketplace, including inventory management, order workflows, RFQs, and invoicing.
Plan and spec out features, then leverage AI coding agents to accelerate delivery while validating quality and correctness.
Extend platform capabilities with KYC/KYB automation, enhanced Slack integrations, live chat, and AI-powered customer support.
Own production reliability: design, deploy, and maintain systems end-to-end with a focus on performance and maintainability.
Participate in daily standups, contribute to product discussions, and pitch in across the business as needed, including customer support and ticket resolution.

Remote work: US-based (or Canada/LatAm) working East Coast hours, with core collaboration hours 11 AM-4 PM EST. Open to visa transfers (e.g. OPT, H1B transfers). Full-time. Base salary plus competitive equity.
Tech stack includes React, TypeScript, SQL, Git, CI/CD, Go, Rust, Node.js, Bun, Temporal, Kafka, Kubernetes, HTML, and CSS.
- 8-12 years of experience as a software engineer
- Experience shipping customer-facing web applications
- Experience as a founder or at early-stage startups
- Experience in marketplaces, e-commerce, or traditional business operations (inventory management, invoicing)
- Backend-heavy engineering background
- Familiarity with AI-driven development (planning and writing specs for AI agents)
- Ability to implement CI/CD pipelines and hands-on experience with Kubernetes
- Proficiency with React, TypeScript, and modern web fundamentals (HTML, CSS)
- Willingness to monitor the support mailbox and resolve customer tickets
- Ability to work US-compatible time zones and core collaboration hours (11 AM-4 PM EST)
