We are seeking an AI-native, full-stack Staff Software Engineer to own and scale core components of our AI platform for private markets investors. As a key member of a high-growth engineering team, you will act as a force multiplier, driving architectural excellence and mentoring others while building high-impact features for our sophisticated client base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own large product areas end-to-end, including the development of AI-driven tools for finance teams
- Build across the full stack including frontend, backend, and database migrations
- Utilize AI agents to write and review 100% of the code
- Author technical design documents and spend 10-20% of your time reviewing peer designs and code
- Act as a force multiplier by raising the bar on architecture, code quality, and engineering practices
- Collaborate directly with customers, sales, and product teams to translate complex requirements into shipped features
8+ years of software engineering experience with a clear track record of career progression
Proven ability to lead large infrastructure projects or product pillars from inception to completion
Demonstrated experience in full-stack development (frontend and backend)
Experience building and managing production systems including database migrations and background jobs
Strong communication skills and a product-oriented mindset
Ability to work effectively in a flat organizational structure
