We are hiring a Founding Engineer to join a small, early-stage technology startup in New York as one of the first engineering hires. This is a hands-on role building core product and infrastructure from the ground up in a fast-moving environment.
You will own meaningful technical decisions, ship production systems end to end, and help shape engineering culture and practices as the company grows. The role is on-site in New York, NY and is a direct-hire position.
- Strong software engineering fundamentals and ability to ship production code
- Comfort operating as an early engineering hire with high ownership
- Experience across the stack or willingness to work full-stack as needed
- Excellent problem-solving skills and bias toward action in ambiguous settings
- Based in or able to work on-site in New York, NY
