We are seeking a high-ownership Senior Forward Deployed Engineer to lead complex deployments for major enterprise clients in the semiconductor space. You will serve as the primary technical point of contact, debugging complex AI agent platforms in real-time and ensuring successful adoption across large-scale infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and manage large enterprise customer engagements from initial evaluation through deployment and expansion
- Debug complex Python backends and React frontends in real-time during customer sessions
- Troubleshoot issues across Linux environments, containers, networking, and filesystems
- Drive product adoption by conducting training sessions and documenting technical issues
- Collaborate with the product team to feed field learnings back into the core roadmap
- Travel to customer sites as needed to ensure successful implementation
2 to 6 years of experience as a Software Engineer, Forward Deployed Engineer, or Solutions Engineer
Proven track record of owning technical customer engagements end-to-end
Deep expertise in Linux and Unix systems, including container configuration (Podman/Docker)
Strong proficiency in Python and ability to debug large, complex codebases
Experience with networking, ports, NFS, and file system permissions
Ability to work on-site in San Francisco 5 days a week
