We are seeking a high-agency Operations Manager to serve as the backbone of our growing hardware and research organization. You will own all operational workflows, allowing our technical team to focus exclusively on core innovation and product development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage procurement, logistics, and inventory, including vendor relations and RMA processing
- Oversee back-office functions including bookkeeping, insurance, and legal paperwork
- Execute end-to-end recruiting, onboarding, and immigration coordination
- Provide executive support including calendar management and logistics
- Manage hardware assets, IT setup, and security protocols to protect intellectual property
- Support investor relations by maintaining data rooms and preparing materials
1-3 years of experience in operations, finance, or similar roles at early-stage startups
Proven ability to manage vendor relationships and recruiting processes end-to-end
Demonstrated ability to execute ambiguous tasks autonomously
Technical literacy sufficient to engage in discussions regarding hardware and semiconductors
Strong organizational skills with a focus on closing loops and proactive problem solving
Valid driver's license for local logistics and errands
