Join a fast-paced, YC-backed startup as a Backend Engineer to build the infrastructure powering an AI-driven cloud cost optimization platform. You will work directly with founding engineers and the CEO in a flat team structure, contributing to high-impact projects and the launch of new LLM-based products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own backend projects from inception to completion in a collaborative, no-silo environment
- Design, build, and scale backend services and infrastructure for an AI-powered savings platform
- Contribute to the development and launch of new LLM-based products
- Collaborate daily with founding engineers and executive leadership to ship code quickly
- Strengthen engineering culture through code reviews and improved developer workflows
- Maintain and optimize CI/CD pipelines to ensure system reliability and speed
3 to 10 years of experience in backend engineering
Experience in a fast-paced B2B startup environment or at a major technology firm
Proven ability to work independently and own projects with minimal direction
Strong proficiency in backend infrastructure and scalable systems
Experience with cloud infrastructure and modern deployment tools
