This role shapes the platform by turning customer insights into impactful features while driving project success from prototype to deployment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project delivery using the voice agent platform, from prototyping to production, with clear progress and risk communication.
- Develop expertise in voice AI solutions, including LLM prompting techniques.
- Build full-stack integrations with enterprise tools like CRMs, ERPs, and scheduling systems using Python and JavaScript.
- Partner with sales to gather requirements, create prototype demos, and present system designs.
- Scope projects, resolve blockers, and provide concise updates to align teams.
- Codify reusable patterns into tools or platform components.
- Translate field feedback into actionable product and go-to-market recommendations.
5+ years in a customer-facing role at multiple startups or with fast promotions at big tech.
Recent React experience required for this full-stack role, with strong front-end focus.
Backend flexibility, with preference for Java and Python.
Expertise with React, Node.js, Python, and AWS.
Deep knowledge of distributed systems and experience writing production-grade code.
Hands-on operator and strong communicator skilled in client collaboration.
Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
Preferred:
Experience at multiple early-stage startups, ideally as ex-founder or founding engineer.
Customer-facing background as solutions engineer, forward deployed engineer, or technical PM.
Voice AI experience or senior/staff-level tenure.
Strong TypeScript experience.
Founder-level ownership in fast-paced environments.
